Benton Office Open until 6:00 PM on 10/13, 10/14, & 10/17 - Closed 10/18 Per §26-36-201 When October 15 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday observed by the United States Postal Service, the taxes shall become due and payable the following business day that is not a holiday observed by the United States Postal Service. 2021 Taxes payable in 2022 delinquent after October 17th, 2022. Credit card website and drop box will be open until 11:59 PM on 10/17/2022. All tax payments made or postmarked after October 17, will be charged a penalty.
